Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok tied the knot on March 5 in Mumbai.

Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar tied the knot with Saaniya Chandhok in a lavish ceremony in Mumbai on Thursday, March 5. The wedding ceremony took place at a private venue in South Mumbai, where family members, close friends, and prominent cricketers and actors were invited.

Arjun and Saaniya got engaged in a private ceremony at the Ghai residence in Mumbai on August 13 last year. The pre-wedding celebrations commenced on February 15 this year in Jamnagar and were hosted at the Reliance Group estate.

On March 3, Mehendi and Sangeet ceremonies were held at Mahalaxmi racecourse in Mumbai, leading up to the grand wedding on March 5. The Arjun-Saaniya wedding turned into a reunion of many well-known cricketers, who arrived at the venue to bless the couple.

Former Indian captain MS Dhoni, current head coach Gautam Gambhir, and batting legend Sunil Gavaskar were a few players who were present at the occasion. Below are the names of all cricketers who attended Arjun Tendulkar’s wedding in Mumbai.

Meanwhile, Arjun’s wife Saaniya comes from a business background. She is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai, chairman of the Graviss Group. The group owns InterContinental Hotel on Mumbai’s Marine Drive, the legacy Kwality ice cream brand, and gourmet label Brooklyn Creamery.

Saaniya has built her own career in the pet care and animal welfare space. She is a veterinary technician and an entrepreneur. She completed her graduation at the London School of Economics in 2020 with a degree in business management and later pursued certification in veterinary and animal care services.
