RCB and PBKS will clash in the IPL 2024 on Holi in Bengaluru on March 25.

The entire country of India is celebrating the festival of colors, Holi on March 25, 2024. Holi is a day where everyone plays with colors and let happiness enter your life. While it is primarily celebrated by Hindus, the motif has spread worldwide, and everyone appears to be getting into the Holi spirit.

The celebrations begin the night before with the Holika Dahan, in which people perform rituals and pray before a bonfire to commemorate the death of Holika, the sister of the demon ruler Hiranyakashipu. The following morning is Dhulivandan, also known as colorful Holi, when people paint each other and have a good time.

Children use water balloons and water pistols to play together. People visit relatives and neighbours to enjoy sweets and Holi dishes.

This time, the festival of colors, Holi has fallen in midst of the ongoing IPL 2024 and saw many Indian and foreign cricketers enjoying the same.

Incidentally, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the 6th match of the IPL 2024 which will be played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. While PBKS won their first match against Delhi Capitals, RCB lost to defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their opening match of the IPL 2024.

Multiple Indian Premier League franchises shared videos and photos of their players enjoying the festival with colors, water and lots of laughter.
