MS Dhoni is celebrating his 42nd Birthday on Friday. He has earned respect from all around the World for his demeanor and game. In his 15 years long international cricket career, Dhoni has won billions of fans and several awards to celebrate his career. MS Dhoni is the only captain to win 3 ICC titles for Team India. Dhoni won ICC World T20 in 2007, ICC Cricket World Cup in 2011, and ICC Champions Trophy in 2013. Under his leadership, India also became the number one test side in ICC Rankings in 2009. His stats and numbers speak more than words as he is also among the most successful leaders in Indian Premier League along with Rohit Sharma. Dhoni recently won the IPL 2023 as his 5th IPL title as captain. 

Former cricketers have wished the former Indian captain his 42nd birthday. Dhoni’s former teammate Sachin Tendulkar wished him on his special day and tweeted an image, “May you always fly high like your helicopter shot”. Former Indian opener and Dhoni’s deputy Virender Sehwag wished him his usual style. Sehwag tweeted based on Dhoni’s lucky 7 number. Suresh Raina is among the closest people in MS Dhoni’s career. When Raina talks, the respect for MS Dhoni seems unparalleled. Raina tweeted that the bond they both share is unbreakable.

Came in as a swashbuckling middle-order batter with an aggressive approach and sent the ball out of the park 359 times in 15 years.
