Two matches have taken place in Duleep Trophy 2025-26.

The first round of matches in the ongoing Duleep Trophy 2025-26 have concluded with both quarter-finals. North Zone and East Zone clashed in the 1st quarter-final. Batting first in the match, North Zone piled up 405/10 in the first innings, with fifties by Ayush Badoni and Kanhaiya Wadhawan.

Later, East Zone were bowled out for 230 runs, with Virat Singh scoring a half-century for the side. With the ball, Auqib Nabi took a five-wicket haul. In the second innings, North Zone ended with 658/4d on the board, with centuries by Ankit Kumar, Yash Dhull, and Ayush Badoni. The match ended in a draw, and North Zone qualified for the semi-finals.

In the 2nd quarter-final, Central Zone locked horns with the North East Zone. Central Zone declared batting at 532/4d in the first innings, with a double century by Danish Malewar and a century by skipper Rajat Patidar.

Later, they bowled out the North East Zone for just 185 runs, with none of their batters hitting a fifty. In the second innings, Central Zone reached 331/7d, with a century by Shubham Sharma and fifties by Rajat Patidar and Yash Rathod. The match ended in a draw, and Central Zone proceeded to the semi-finals.
