Dwayne Bravo sings a song to congratulate Yuzvendra Chahal on becoming leading wicket-taker in the IPL history
Dwayne Bravo passes the baton to Yuzvendra Chahal in his unique way.
With 187 wickets to his name, Yuzvendra Chahal is now the leading wicket-taker in the IPL. He recently achieved the feat in the game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) when he surpassed Dwayne Bravo's milestone of 183 wickets. It took Yuzvendra Chahal 143 IPL games to get at the helm of the charts.
While the whole cricket fraternity celebrated Chahal's feat, the man himself, Dwayne Bravo joined the party in his own style. Congratulating the wizard, in a video shared by Chennai Super Kings, Bravo sang his iconic song "Champion" for Yuzvendra Chahal.
"Yuzi! Champion! Everybody knows Yuzi is a champion. Hey bro, this is the champion, DJ Bravo. I want to take this time to say congratulations on being the highest wicket-taker in IPL history. You deserve it. One of the best to play the game and you are now number one. So, congratulations. All the best from the champion. Well-deserved." Bravi said in his message to Yuzvendra Chahal.

A Royal show in the home of Knights made Yuzvendra Chahal the star of the night
One of the best going around the business, Yuzvendra Chahal produced a magical night for Rajasthan Royals until Yashasvi Jaiswal came and hogged all the limelight with his fastest-ever IPL fifty. Chahal returned with the figures of 4-0-25-4 which included crucial breakthroughs and not to mention the times he choked the batters for runs. Before this game, he equaled Dwayne Bravo's record of 183 wickets.
Yuzvendra Chahal will look to put his best foot forward in the upcoming games as well as RR stands just behind the line of the top four. Two wins in the remaining two games for RR will most likely take through to the playoffs.
