The five-match ENG vs IND T20I series will begin from July 1.

India are scheduled to tour England for eight white-ball matches in July, 2026. In this tour, India will be playing five T20Is and three ODIs, and it’s going to be an interesting and exciting series for fans in both countries.

The five-match T20I series between England and India will start from July 01, 2026, at Riverside Ground, and then, both teams will play the three-match ODI series, starting from July 19, 2026.

The ENG vs IND series will mark a new era in Indian cricket. New captain Shreyas Iyer will be taking over the reins with Tilak Varma being his deputy. Young prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi also has been named in the side.

With ENG vs IND T20Is around the corner, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has take a massive step. As per the reports in ESPNCricinfo, the England governing body reportedly revised the start times of three T20Is in the upcoming ENG vs IND series to maximise television viewership in India.

According to reports, the three evening matches in the five-match T20I series will now begin at 5:30 PM local time (10 PM IST), instead of the previously scheduled 6:30 PM local time (11 PM IST). The change in timing means Indian fans will be able to watch matches from 10 PM rather than 11 PM (IST). Reports claiming that the ECB took the decision after discussion switched broadcasters and stakeholders.

The revised timings will apply to the first, third and fourth T20Is of the series. These matches were initially set to begin at 11 PM IST, but will now start at 10 PM IST.

  • England vs India 3rd T20I – July 7, Nottingham – 10 PM (IST)
  • England vs India 4th T20I – July 9, Bristol – 10 PM (IST)
