Young Indian batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi just keeps on getting better with each day passing by. The 14-year-old slammed a brutal ton for India A in the ongoing game against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Asia Cup 2025 Rising Stars match, underway at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium in Doha.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who stole the limelight with his heroics in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, has performed at all levels since then. He slammed centuries for India U19 as well in England and Australia and was on fire with the bat in both the countries across the formats.
High on confidence, Vaibhav Suryavanshi started Asia Cup 2025 Rising Stars on a high. He opened the batting for India A along with Priyansh Arya, who got run out for ten. He didn’t take much time to get going as after just a few balls, he was all over the opposition.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi first slammed a quick-fire fifty in just 17 balls and after that unleashed himself. The left-hander took just 15 balls for his next fifty, completing his century in just 32 balls to take his team off to a flying start and hamper the confidence of the opposition.
His 32-ball hundred is now the third fastest by an Indian batter in T20 cricket. He also slammed a 36-ball ton in the IPL, which is the fastest by an Indian batter in the league and overall the second fastest in the tournament’s history.
