Pakistan are clashing with UAE in 10th match of Asia Cup 2025 on September 17.
Many fans have trolled Pakistan Cricket Team on social media after they reversed their decision to boycott the clash against United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Asia Cup 2025. The two teams were scheduled to clash on Wednesday, September 17, at Dubai International Cricket Stadium at 8 PM IST, but the game got delayed by one hour.
The controversy stems from the India vs Pakistan clash on Sunday, September 14, after the Suryakumar Yadav-led side refused to shake hands with Pakistan players following their win. Later, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) lodged a complaint with the International Cricket Council (ICC) against Indian team and match referee Andy Pycroft, wanting to remove the match-referee from the Asia Cup 2025.
Pakistan also threatened to boycott their clash against UAE if Pycroft wasn’t removed. However, ICC did not take any action against the match-referee in the matter. This didn’t go well with the Pakistan team as they did not reach Dubai International Cricket Stadium on time.

But the discussions took place and, the PCB later agreed to play the match against UAE and requested Asian Cricket Council (ACC) to postpone the game by one hour. UAE won the toss and opted to bowl first in the match, which began at 9 PM IST.
