Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have dropped a major hint about Hardik Pandya‘s future ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2027). The discussion began after the franchise shared a social media post on Tuesday, October 27, at 10:33 PM.

CSK have also changed their coaching staff for the upcoming season. They appointed Zaheer Khan as the new head coach, replacing Stephen Fleming. The franchise’s latest posts have now added to the questions around Pandya’s future.

Pandya wears jersey number 33 for India and Mumbai Indians (MI). The timing of CSK’s post has led to questions about a possible move to Chennai. But is there any official confirmation of the Hardik Pandya trade?

CSK’s 10:33 PM post adds to Hardik Pandya trade rumours

CSK shared a goodnight message on Tuesday, writing, “Good Night, Superfans. Note pannen too much decoding panreenga pa!” The Tamil line roughly means, “You’re decoding this far too much.”

Earlier that day, CSK shared a video featuring its mascot Leo and new head coach Zaheer Khan while announcing the support staff for IPL 2027. In the video, Leo asked Zaheer about trade updates, but the coach said there were none.

A sheet of paper shown in the video appeared to have the number 33, which is also Pandya’s jersey number. The later post at 10:33 PM added to the discussion, but neither post confirms a possible trade.

CSK CEO has denied Hardik Pandya trade talks

CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan has previously denied reports of trade talks involving Pandya. Neither CSK nor Mumbai Indians have officially announced a deal.

Former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has also spoken about the possibility of Pandya joining CSK. He called the move a long shot and said Rajasthan Royals could also be a team to watch.

Pandya is currently with the Mumbai Indians, and his IPL salary is ₹16.35 crore. For now, there is no official confirmation that Pandya will leave Mumbai Indians; however, chances are pretty high that Pandya may be seen in a new jersey for the upcoming IPL season.
