Revealed: How much did T Natarajan earn per ball in IPL 2025?

T Natarajan played only two games for Delhi Capitals in IPL 2025.
Left-arm seamer T Natarajan was one of the expensive players in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Delhi Capitals (DC) bought him during the IPL 2025 mega auction for a whopping Rs 10.75 crore against his base price of Rs 2 crore. He was the third-highest buy of DC after KL Rahul and Mitchell Starc.
However, DC benched him in most of the games. He played just two games for DC in the tournament. Natajaran was picked in the playing XI during the two clashes against the Gujarat Titans (GT) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He registered figures of 0/49 in the clash against GT.
The match against SRH was washed out due to rain. Hence, the left-arm seamer did not get to bowl any overs in the match. He was not selected in the playing XI by DC in other matches and had to sit on the bench during most of the tournament.
How much did T Natarajan earn per delivery in IPL 2025?
Interestingly, the Capitals included Natarajan in the playing XI for Match No. 60 against the Gujarat Titans (GT) after their exit from the playoffs. He bowled three overs in the match. Hence, he earned more than INR 59 lakh per delivery after bowling only 18 deliveries in the entire tournament. Natarajan was part of SRH in the previous season.
Meanwhile, DC had a roller-coaster season in IPL 2025. Axar Patel was nominated as the skipper of the side in the tournament. They started the season with four consecutive wins and initially topped the points table.
However, they failed to retain their winning streak in the latter half of the tournament. At the end of the league stage, DC finished in the fifth spot in the points table with 15 points. Out of 14 matches, they won seven and lost six. One match ended with no result.
