The two-match IND vs BAN test series in 2024 will be played in Chennai and Kanpur.

After a break of more than a month, the Indian cricket team will return to action with the test series against Bangladesh. Starting September 19, Rohit Sharma’s team will be hosting Najmul Hossain Shanto’s side for two test matches, which will be played in Chennai and Kanpur. This will be followed by a three-match T20I series.

India have won all their test series at home since 2013 and are the most indomitable force in test cricket in their own backyard. But, Bangladesh can’t be taken lightly either, especially in Asian conditions. They are coming off a historic, first-ever test series win over Pakistan, that too in Pakistan.

Tendulkar scored 820 runs in seven tests against Bangladesh, cracking five centuries in nine outings, with a highest score of 248*. Following Tendulkar on this list are Rahul Dravid and Cheteshwar Pujara.
