Bumrah has dominated Pope in test cricket. In 10 innings between them, Pope has managed to score only 66 runs against Bumrah, being dismissed five times at an average of 13.20. This performance mirrors Pope’s struggles against specific bowlers, as Bumrah finds himself equaled with Neil Wagner for the most dismissals.

England are currently trailing by a significant 241 runs with a score of 155/4, with the formidable Jonny Bairstow at the crease alongside Ben Stokes. Zak Crawley gave the visitors a solid start with his 76, but was a victim of Axar Patel.
