Third IND vs ENG test will begin on July 10 at the Lord’s, London.

England Cricket Team will host Indian Cricket Team in third test of the five-match series at the Lord’s, London. The encounter will begin on July 10. The five-match test series is tied 1-1. While England won the first test by five wickets, India clinched victory in the second game by a huge margin of 336 runs.

In the second test, India scripted history at Edgbaston, Birmingham, defeating England for the first time in a test at the venue. After being asked to bat first, India piled up 587/10 in the first innings with a double century by Shubman Gill. Later, they bowled out the hosts for 407, earning a 180-run lead.

In the second innings, Gill returned with another magnificent century and powered India to 427/6 d, setting a 608-run target for England. With a six-wicket haul by Akash Deep in the second innings, India bowled out England for just 271, winning the clash by 336 runs.

After two games, Shubman Gill is the leading run-scorer in the series with 585 runs. Jamie is the top run-scorer for England with 356 runs. Josh Tongue, with 11 wickets, is the top wicket-taker in the series. Akash Deep is next with 10 scalps in his kitty.

Notably, India have played 19 tests against England at the Lord’s in the past. Out of these, England won 12 games while India won three matches. Four matches ended in a draw.
