The preparation for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2027 is at full swing as all the participating nations are working on their combinations, plans, and strategies to do well at the ICC event. This will be the 14th edition of the biggest tournament in cricket.
Australia, under the captaincy of Pat Cummins, won the last edition, beating India in the final in 2023. The Men in Yellow will defend their title in the upcoming edition. This ICC event will be bigger than the previous edition.
Unlike the last edition, 14 teams will compete in the tournament. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2027 will be played in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia between 2 October and 21 November 2027.
After the wait of 24 long years, the mega event returned to the African region. India missed the chance to list the trophy in 2023, but they will be keen to complete the unfinished business in 2027.
