India to host Sri Lanka Women for T20I series in December, BCCI announces full schedule

India will lock horns with Sri Lanka in a five-match T20I series.
The Indian Women’s Cricket team will play a five-match T20I series against Sri Lanka, starting on December 21. The matches will be played in Visakhapatnam and Thiruvananthapuram. This series will also mark the beginning of the preparations before the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup next year.
The Women in Blue, fresh from the historic ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 glory, will shift their focus to the global tournament in the shortest format of the game. India’s skipper Harmanpreet Kaur aims to add another silverware to her cabinet and etch her name in the history books.
India vs Sri Lanka T20I series to begin on 21 December

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule for the upcoming T20I series between India and Sri Lanka. The series will kick off in Vishakhapatnam on December 21. The coastal city will host the second T20I as well, on 23rd December, before the series moves further south to Thiruvananthapuram.
The last three T20Is will be played at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram. The third match of the series will take place on December 26. It will be a quick turnaround for both teams as they play the fourth and fifth T20Is on December 28 and 30, respectively.

First T20I: 21st December, Visakhapatnam
Second T20I: 23rd December, Visakhapatnam
Third T20I: 26th December, Thiruvananthapuram
Fourth T20I: 28th December, Thiruvananthapuram
