India’s tour of South Africa 2023-24 will begin on 10th December 2023 and will end on 7th January 2024.

As the calendar flips to December, cricket fans are gearing up for an exciting clash as India will start on a month-long tour of South Africa, commencing on Sunday, December 10, 2023 and concluding on January 7, 2024. The series will two big teams taking on each other and will be featuring a dynamic mix of T20I, ODI, and test matches.

India, fresh off a victory in the T20I series against Australia, are eager to extend their dominance in South African soil. The squads for all three formats have been announced, with a strategic move of appointing distinct skippers for each. Rohit Sharma takes test captaincy, KL Rahul leads the charge in ODIs, and Suryakumar Yadav captains T20I side in absence of Hardik Pandya.

The action-packed schedule kicks off with the 1st T20I in Durban on Sunday, 10th December, followed by the 2nd T20I in Gqeberha on Tuesday, 12th December, and the 3rd T20I in Johannesburg on Thursday, 14th December. Following with three ODIs scheduled.

As the year draws to a close, the series ends with the two test matches, the 1st test taking place in Centurion and the 2nd test, in Cape Town.
