When and where to buy India vs Netherlands tickets for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023?

India vs Netherlands match will start on November 12 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will begin on October 5 and the final match will be played on November 19. Both games will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The Indian team will commence their competition on October 8 against Australia in Chennai. Sri Lanka and Netherlands qualified for the tournament after finishing the ICC World Cup Qualifiers in the top two positions.

India will play one match each against nine other opponents in all different venues. The last match for the hosts will be against Netherlands, which will take place on November 12 (Sunday) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. Not just for India, this will also be the last group match before the knockout stage.

India vs Netherlands: Preview

This will be only the third time that fans will see the India vs Netherlands World Cup game. These two teams don’t play bilateral series and have played only two matches in the World Cup. The first time India played Netherlands in the 2003 World Cup, they won the game by 68 runs, while on the second occasion, India won the game by 5 wickets in 2011.

Though Netherlands have improved a lot since then. But India will be firm favorites to win their third successive match against Netherlands. On the other hand, because it is the last group match, some teams will also depend on this game for a possible equation in the semi-finals.

When to buy tickets?

From 2nd September, 2023.

On Wednesday, the ICC announced the revised schedule for the World Cup, with changes in some matches. With that, they also revealed the dates for ticket sales for all the games. For non-Indian warmup and World Cup matches, tickets will go on sale on August 25, where fans can book tickets for matches of other teams.

On the other hand, for India’s warm-up games, tickets will be available on August 30 and for Indian World Cup matches from August 31 onwards. For the India vs Netherlands match, fans can book tickets from September 2. As usual, every Indian game is expected to be a full house.

Tickets for India vs Sri Lanka clash at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru will be on sale from 2nd September, 2023.
