Top 5 Indian batsmen with most runs in T20I cricket

Only two Indian batsmen have scored more than 3,000 runs in T20I cricket.
T20 cricket is considered a tricky format for the batters. Unlike test and ODI cricket, where players can take time to settle, T20 requires batters to play attacking and risky shots from the first over.
The challenge for batsmen increases even more in India, where every ground presents different conditions. Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and M Chinnaswamy in Bengaluru are known for being batting-friendly venues, while MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai and Ekana Stadium in Lucknow offer tough conditions for batters with its spin-friendly nature.
Over the years, India have produced many top-class batsmen who have made a big impact in T20I cricket. On that note, here’s a look at the top five Indian batsmen with the most runs in T20Is.
Top five Indian batsmen with most runs in T20I cricket:

Star Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has emerged as one of the most dangerous batsmen in the shortest format. He has scored 1803 runs in T20Is so far at an average of 28 and a strike rate of 148 in 89 innings.
Pandya was an important member of India’s 2024 T20 World Cup-winning team. Apart from taking crucial breakthroughs with the ball, Pandya played some important knocks in the tournament.
