In the first phase of IPL 2024, CSK will play a total of four games.
The iconic Chepauk Stadium is abuzz with renewed energy as Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni gears up for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season.
The wicket-keeper batter joined the team’s practice session on Thursday for the first time ahead of the cash-rich league. Dhoni was spotted with his vintage hair look as he spent a good time at the nets at Chepauk Stadium.
This season holds immense significance for CSK, not just for their title defense aspirations but also for the lingering questions surrounding Dhoni’s future in the league.
Under Dhoni’s leadership, the Chennai-based franchise clinched their fifth IPL title by defeating the Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2023 final. The legendary player, who retired from international cricket in 2020, will be looking to make this season all the more special for the Yellow Army.
