IPL 2025: Most runs, most wickets after Qualifier 1, PBKS vs RCB

RCB defeated PBKS by eight wickets in Qualifier 1 of the IPL 2025.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) locked horns in Qualifier 1 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Thursday, May 29. The encounter took place at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Chandigarh.
RCB won the clash by eight wickets to book a berth in the final. Bowling first, RCB displayed excellent bowling in the match. With three wicket-hauls by Josh Hazlewood and Suyash Sharma, they bundled out PBKS for just 101 runs in the first innings.
Yash Dayal also scalped two wickets as PBKS’ batting fell like a house of cards. Later, RCB opener Phil Salt slammed an unbeaten 56 runs to power RCB to victory like a walk in the park in just 10 overs.
IPL 2025: Most runs (Orange Cap)
There is no change to the Orange Cap leaderboard following the PBKS vs RCB Qualifier 1 match. Sai Sudharsan (679) and Shubman Gill (649) continue to be the highest run-scorers in IPL 2025. Suryakumar Yadav (640) and Mitchell Marsh (627) clinch the third and fourth place, respectively.
Virat Kohli (614), who scored 12 runs in the match, retains his fifth spot among the top five highest run-scorers in IPL 2025.

IPL 2025: Most wickets (Purple Cap)
There is only one change to the list of the top five highest wicket-takers in IPL 2025 following the Qualifier 1 match. RCB pacer Josh Hazlewood, who picked up three wickets in the match, has jumped to third spot with 21 scalps. Noor Ahmad and Prasidh Krishna grab the top two spots with 24 and 23 wickets, respectively. Trent Boult and Arshdeep Singh hold the fourth and fifth spots.
