IPL 2025: Points table, most runs, most wickets after match 29, DC vs MI

MI crushed DC by 12 runs in match 29 of IPL 2025.
Mumbai Indians (MI) made a brilliant comeback in second innings to defeat Delhi Capitals (DC) by 12 runs in the match No. 29 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Axar Patel-DC failed to chase down a 206-run target in the match and registered their first defeat of the season.
Karun Nair played a wonderful knock of 89 runs batting at No.3, however, the next batters in line failed to get the winning runs. In the end, DC were bowled out for just 193 in 19 overs, facing a hat-trick of run-outs in the penultimate over.
Earlier in the game, MI piled up a mountainous total of 205/5 after being asked to bat first. Their batters showed decent teamwork in batting, with Ryan Rickelton (41), Suryakumar Yadav (40), Tilak Varma (59), and Naman Dhir (38*) hitting crucial knocks. For DC, Vipraj Nigam and Kuldeep Yadav clinched two wickets each. Pacer Mukesh Kumar captured one wicket.
IPL 2025: Updated points table

After the defeat against MI in the match, DC have dropped to the second spot in IPL 2025 points table. They have eight points and Net Run Rate (NRR) of 0.899. On the other hand, MI have jumped to the seventh position after the victory against DC. They have four points and NRR of +0.104.
Gujarat Titans (GT) have moved to the top spot in IPL 2025 points table with eight points. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) take the third and fourth spots respectively with eight points each.
IPL 2025: Most runs (Orange Cap)
There are no changes in the list of top five highest run-scorers of IPL 2025 after DC vs MI clash. Also, there are no MI or DC batters among the top five players. MI batsman Suryakumar Yadav, who scored 40 runs in the match, has reached the sixth spot in the Orange Cap Leaderboard.
LSG’s Nicholas Pooran continues to top the list with 349 runs. Sai Sudharsan follows him next with 329 runs. Mitchell Marsh, Shreyas Iyer, and Virat Kohli round off the list of top five highest run-scorers this season.

DC spinner Kuldeep Yadav picked two wickets in the match and has jumped to the third spot in the Purple Cap Leaderboard. There are no MI bowlers among the top five wicket-takers as of now. CSK spinner Noor Ahmad continues to lead the chart with 12 wickets.
LSG pacer Shardul Thakur follow him in the second spot. The next in line are Prasidh Krishna and Sai Kishore, both from GT.
