IPL 2025: Points table, most runs, most wickets after match 35, GT vs DC

GT defeated DC by seven wickets in 35th match of IPL 2025.
Gujarat Titans (GT) hosted Delhi Capitals (DC) in match No. 35 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Saturday, April 19. The afternoon game took place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. GT crushed DC by seven wickets in the match with a fabulous half-century by Jos Buttler.
Earlier, Shubman Gill won the toss and opted to bowl first. For DC, openers Abishek Porel and Karun Nair could not go big, getting out for 18 and 31 respectively. KL Rahul, Axar Patel, Tristan Stubbs, and Ashutosh Sharma drove the total to 203/8 with their combined efforts in batting. GT pacer Prasidh Krishna grabbed a four-wicket haul. Mohammed Siraj, Arshad Khan, Ishant Sharma, and Sai Kishore clinched one scalp each.
IPL 2025: Updated points table

After the defeat against GT in match 35 of IPL 2025, DC have dropped down to second spot with 10 points and Net Run Rate (NRR) of 0.589. On the other hand, GT now hold the top position with 10 points and NRR of +0.984 post the victory in the encounter.
Delhi Capitals (DC) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) take the second and third positions respectively with 10 points each. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are at the fourth position with eight points.
IPL 2025: Most runs (Orange Cap)
After scoring 36 runs in the game, GT opener Sai Sudharsan now holds the Orange Cap with 365 runs. The GT batter has replaced Nicholas Pooran (357) at the top spot in the Orange Cap leaderboard. Jos Buttler missed out on scoring a century by three runs in the match and now is placed third on this list with 315 runs.
KL Rahul, who hit 28 runs in the game, now steals the fifth spot.

IPL 2025: Most wickets (Purple Cap)
GT pacer Prasidh Krishna clinched a fabulous four-wicket haul in the encounter and has moved to the top spot in the Purple Cap leaderboard. His teammate Sai Kishore now has the fifth place after taking one wicket in the match. DC spinner Kuldeep Yadav grabbed one wicket in the game and has moved to the second spot. Noor Ahmad and Josh Hazlewood are two other bowlers in the list of top five highest wicket-takers this season.
