IPL 2025: [Watch] Rishabh Pant comes up with a unique ‘Spiderman jump’ celebration after hitting ton against RCB

Rishabh Pant scored an unbeaten 118 against RCB in the last match of LSG in IPL 2025.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are facing Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Tuesday, May 26 in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The LSG vs RCB, 70th match of IPL 2025, is being played at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium.
RCB stand-in skipper Jitesh Sharma won the toss and opted to field first in the match. LSG skipper Rishabh Pant slammed an impeccable century in the encounter. The skipper came to bat at the one-down slot. He smacked eight sixes to score his second century of his IPL career.
Pant remained unbeaten with 118 runs off 61 balls in the match. He powered LSG’s scoreboard to a mammoth 227/3 in the 1st innings. Other than Pant, opener Mitchell Marsh (67) also slammed a wonderful half-century for the side.

Pant struggled with his poor form throughout the season. He got out cheaply in many matches. However, the left-handed batsman made sure that he ended the season on a high with his spectacular ton in his last match of IPL 2025.
Pant ends the season with 269 runs in 14 games at a strike rate of 133.16 and an average of 24.45. He has scored one half-century and one century in the tournament. Meanwhile, LSG are already out of the playoffs in IPL 2025.
They have won six games and lost seven matches out of 13 encounters. With 12 points, they grab the seventh spot in the points table. With a win in this match, they can finish sixth in the tournament. On the other hand, RCB aim to win the match to confirm their top-two finish in the points table.
