KKR face RCB in a must-win game on May 17
Ajinkya Rahane-led KKR needs to win the match against RCB on May 17 to keep their playoffs’ hopes alive. If they lose the match, they will become the fourth team to be eliminated from the playoffs’ race.
Ajinkya Rahane & Co. are sixth in the IPL 2025 points table with 11 points. They have won five games and lost six out of 12. One of their matches ended in no result. They can qualify for the playoffs only if they win their next two games.
However, they are still dependent on the results of other teams. They will face Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on May 15 in their last league game of IPL 2025. The Knight Riders are the defending champions of IPL 2025.
