IPL 2026 Prize Money: How much money will winners, runners-up, & players receive?

Teams that qualified for playoffs will receive prize rewards in IPL 2026.
Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 has reached its climax and it is Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Gujarat Titans (GT) who will lock horns in the final. The encounter will take place on May 31 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Both RCB and GT finished at the top spot in the points table to book a berth in the playoffs. RCB outplayed Gujarat in Qualifier 1 to seal a place in the final. GT bounced back with a victory against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the Qualifier 2 to become the second finalists.
Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals were the other two teams that qualified for the playoffs. SRH lost the Eliminator clash against RR and bagged the fourth spot. RR made it to Qualifier 2, where they suffered a big defeat against GT and finished in the third place.
Both GT and RCB are eyeing their second IPL trophy. While RCB won their maiden title last year, GT won the tournament in the 2022 edition. Notably, all the top four teams will earn massive prize money in IPL 2026.
IPL 2026 prize money: Winners to get INR 20 crore

The winners of the IPL 2026 will earn a cash reward of INR 20 crore. The runners-up will get INR 13 crore. The third-placed team i.e. Rajasthan Royals will be rewarded INR 7 crore. Sunrisers Hyderabad will take home INR 6.5 crore.
Moreover, there are also cash rewards for individual awards. Orange Cap and Purple Cap winners will get INR 10 lakh. The Most Valuable Player and Emerging Player of the season will also receive cash prizes.
