MS Dhoni scored unbeaten 30 runs against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in IPL 2025.

The 11th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is currently underway at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.

After being asked to bat first, RR’s innings was a tale of two halves. They raced to 100 runs in the first 10 overs, but managed only 82 in the latter half. Nitish Rana was the standout performer, smashing 81 off 36 balls, including 10 fours and five sixes.

Noor Ahmad and Khaleel Ahmed shifted the momentum in CSK’s favor by dismissing key batters Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson, and Dhruv Jurel.

Before the match, CSK legend MS Dhoni was honored and felicitated by Mr. Devajit Saikia, Honorary Secretary of the BCCI, for his immense contributions to Indian cricket and the Indian Premier League.

Dhoni has been a part of the IPL since its inaugural season in 2008 and has led CSK to five titles as captain. After facing heavy criticism for batting at No. 9 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, all eyes will be on when Dhoni comes to the crease today.
