Josh Inglis smashes 47-ball ton against India; Registers fastest 100 by an Australian in T20Is

Josh Inglis registered his maiden T20I ton in the first game between India and Australia in Vishakhapatnam.
The first T20I game between India and Australia is underway at the ACA-VDCA Stadium in Vishakhapatnam. Just four days after the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in Ahmedabad, these two teams are playing in the shorter format. Team India, led by Suryakumar Yadav is taking on Matthew Wade and his men. India won the toss and elected to bowl first.
But that decision didn’t end well, as Australia went on to post a massive score against the inexperienced bowling attack. Australia scored 208/3 in the 20 overs and took all Indian bowlers to the cleaners. Josh Inglis, who was part of the World Cup 2023 final on Sunday, went on to score his maiden T20I ton in just his 13th innings.
