Meanwhile, in a recent incident, Mumbai-based Bollywood actress Khushi Mukherjee has landed herself in trouble for her recent controversial statement over Suryakumar Yadav. What seemed as a publicity stunt has landed her up in legal trouble.
Mumbai-based social media influencer Faizan Ansari has filed a ₹100 crore defamation case against Khushi Mukherjee, accusing her of making false claims and allegations against Suryakumar Yadav. He has also lodged a complaint at Ghazipur Police Station against her, demanding a thorough investigation on the matter.
Recently, the Bollywood actress was asked about whether she dated any Indian cricketer, where she made an unnecessary comment on Indian T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav.
“I don’t want to date any cricketer. There are so many cricketers after me. Suryakumar Yadav used to message me a lot. Now we don’t talk a lot and I don’t even want to get associated. I don’t like any linkups with me,” she told reporters.
Her statement received mixed reactions on social media, with a few Indian cricket fans speculating and blaming Suryakumar for associating himself with the actress. Some even blamed the bollywood actress for coming up with such unworthy statements directed at the Indian skipper.
Later, Mukherjee clarified herself in a statement saying that she was never involved with Surya in a romantic relationship and it was just a friendly relation between the two.
Meanwhile, Indian T20I skipper Suryakumar has not yet reacted on the matter and has decided to stay silent so far. However, his fans have asked him to take legal action on social media however, it has kept the Indian skipper unaffected. Thus, as things stand, the Bollywood actress has been slammed a defamation case against her, with the matter still developing and fans on social media keeping a close eye on the same.
