KL Rahul got out for 38 runs in first innings of the second IND vs WI test.
The second test between Indian Cricket Team and West Indies Cricket Team commenced on Friday, October 10 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Indian captain Shubman Gill won the toss and opted to bat first, as the home team made no changes to their playing XI from the previous game.
Indian openers in Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul looked in solid touch with the bat and it seemed that it would be a long day for the West Indies. However, spinner Jomel Warrican provided his team with the first breakthrough, dismissing Rahul in the first session.
The left-arm spinner bowled a tossed-up delivery outside off, which beat Rahul as he tried to play the shot by stepping out of the crease. However, he completely missed the ball, which spun, and it went straight into wicket-keeper Tevim Imlach, who dislodged the bails quickly to stump him out.
Rahul, who slammed a marvellous century in the first test, lost his wicket for 38 runs off 54 deliveries, hitting five boundaries and one six. Notably, this was only the second time in his test career that he got stumped.

Meanwhile, India were at 94/1 at the end of the first session, courtesy of 58-run opening stand between Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal, who has slammed a fifty. Interestingly, Gill won his first toss in the match after taking over the test captaincy in May. Earlier, he had lost six tosses in a row.
West Indies skipper Roston Chase revealed during the toss that they have made two changes to the playing XI. Brandon King and Johann Layne replaced Tevim Imlach and Anderson Phillip.
Meanwhile, the hosts are aiming for a clean sweep against the visitors. Earlier, the Shubman Gill & Co. won the opening game at Narendra Modi International Cricket Stadium by an innings and 140 runs.
