Two teams got all out for less than 100 runs in the IPL playoffs.

Since the inaugural edition in 2008, Indian Premier League (IPL) has witnessed 18 seasons over the years. A total of seven IPL teams have bagged the tag of champions in the tournament in the past.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) have been the most successful teams in the IPL with five trophies each. The next on the list are Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) with three titles. Rajasthan Royals (RR), Gujarat Titans (GT), Deccan Chargers, and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have won one trophy each.

According to the format in the IPL, the top four teams after the end of the league stage qualify for the playoffs. The top two teams in the table play Qualifier 1 and get two chances to go into the final. The loser of this clash faces the winners of the Eliminator, which is being played by the third and fourth-ranked teams. Hence, the playoffs are a crucial stepping stone to the final in every IPL season.

The teams always aim for a wonderful show in the playoffs. However, there were a few occasions when some teams completely flopped with their batting show in the playoffs. On that note, we take a look at the top five lowest team totals in IPL playoffs over the years.

Now defunct Deccan Charges are placed fifth on this list. In the semi-final 2 of the 2010 season, they were bowled out for 104 runs against CSK.
