Mukesh Kumar had a decent time with the ball in the unofficial test series against England Lions.

Indian Cricket Team fast bowler Mukesh Kumar has posted a cryptic message after not getting selected for India’s test tour of England. He posted a cryptic story, highlighting that karma always hits back.

Mukesh Kumar, who played a decent role for India A in the unofficial test series against England Lions, left for India after the series concluded. Among the A team players, Harshit Rana was the only one who was asked to stay in the United Kingdom (UK) and was later added to the team for the first test against England.

Harshit Rana getting selected for the senior Indian team didn’t go well with many. They lashed out at the head coach, Gautam Gambhir, for favouring Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) bowler over other performers of the unofficial test series against England Lions.

Harshit Rana didn’t do any good in the unofficial test series. He played just one game and bagged just one wicket. The pacer didn’t play the second game, and despite that, he was added to the main squad.

On the other hand, Mukesh Kumar was one of the players to watch in the unofficial test series. The pacer played the first game and was the pick of the bowlers, registering the best figures among all bowlers for the side, picking 3/92.

Karma is unforgiving and always gets payback – Mukesh Kumar

With Harshit Rana getting added to the team for the England series, Mukesh Kumar came up with the cryptic post. Taking to his Instagram account, he said:

“Karma bides its time. You will always have to watch out. Karma is unforgiving and always gets payback.”

Mukesh Kumar has played three games for India in the longest format of the game, picking seven wickets. On the other hand, Harshit Rana made his debut for the team in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. He played two games there, and since then has been a regular member of the team.

Harshit Rana will be joining the bowling attack that comprises Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Shardul Thakur and Arshdeep Singh.
