New Zealand’s Schedule for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, Fixtures, Dates, Venues, Time

New Zealand will open their ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 campaign against defending champions England 5th October.
The upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is set to take place in India between October and November. On Tuesday, the schedule for the marquee event was announced, with the season's opener taking place between the two finalists of the last edition in 2019. It will be England taking on New Zealand on October 5 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which is considered to be the rematch from the 2019 final.
New Zealand will likely be without one of their main batting icons, Kane Williamson. Despite that, it will be easy to write them off. New Zealand have played in the finals of the last two editions, in 2015 and 2019. But unfortunately, they have entered on the wrong side. However, the Black Caps will look to finish the unfinished business this time around. New Zealand will play in the competition at six different venues in India.
New Zealand's Complete Schedule for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023:
The tournament will be played with a total of ten teams, who will face each other in the group stage. The top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals on the basis of the round-robin format. The winning teams from the two semi-finals will play in the final of the tournament. Eight teams have qualified for the World Cup 2023, while the two remaining slots will be filled after the conclusion of the ongoing ICC CWC Qualifier 2023 in Zimbabwe. New Zealand are one of the oldest cricket-playing nations that haven't won the ODI World Cup yet. So they will hope that the trophy drought ends in 2023.
