[Watch] Ollie Robinson bowls second-most expensive over in first-class cricket, leaks 43 runs during County match

Ollie Robinson gave away 43 runs in an over during Leicestershire‘s second innings on June 26.
England speedster Ollie Robinson has created an unwanted record after he was hit for the second-most runs in a single over in First-Class (FC) cricket during an English County Championship match between Sussex and Leicestershire on June 26.
The John Simpson-led Sussex posted a good total of 442 runs in 102 overs in their first innings. Opener Oli Carter scored 96 runs, whereas skipper Simpson played a fantastic knock of 183 runs off 258 deliveries. For Leicestershire, Ian Holland bagged a four-wicket haul and Scott Currie took three wickets.
In reply to Sussex’s 442, Leicestershire batter Peter Handscomb played a gritty knock of 92 runs and Wiaan Mulder added 53 runs, as they were bundled out for 275 runs in 70.3 overs. With the ball for Sussex, Ollie Robinson scalped three wickets, whereas Sean Hunt took four scalps.
In the second innings of Sussex, Sean Hunt scored a crucial 65 runs and Tom Alsop remained unbeaten on 81 runs, which helped the side declare at 296/6 in 69 overs.
Chasing a tall target of 464 runs, Leicestershire’s Louis Kimber went on a rampage with the bat.

The incident happened during the 59th over of Leicestershire’s second innings when Sussex pacer Ollie Robinson came into the attack.
Off the first delivery, batter Louis Kimber smashed a six over backward square leg. Robinson bowled a no-ball off the next delivery, which Kimber hammered for a four to square leg. The third ball of the over by Robinson to Kimber was a short ball, which the Leicestershire batter slapped through deep third for a boundary.
Off the next delivery, Kimber punished Robinson for a six over backward square leg. The fourth delivery of the over went for a boundary. To make things worse, Robinson bowled his second no-ball of the over and Kimber smashed another four to reach his century. The following delivery also went for a boundary.
The next delivery by the Sussex pacer was the third no-ball of the over and Kimber smashed another boundary. The following delivery went for a single and Robinson conceded 43 runs, which is the second most expensive over in FC cricket till now.
It is to be noted that in the English County Championship, two runs are given when a bowler bowls a no-ball.
