Shaheen Afridi played his last test match against Australia in Melbourne in December 2023.

After having an underwhelming performance with the ball in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, Pakistan cricket team ace speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi aims for a massive bowling record in the upcoming two-match test series against Bangladesh.

The first test match will start at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from August 21. The second match of the series will be hosted at the National Stadium in Karachi from August 30.

Earlier this year, Pakistan suffered a 3-0 whitewash against Australia in a three-match test series in Australia.

The upcoming PAK vs BAN test series is part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 cycle. Currently, the Shan Masood-led side is ranked fifth in the WTC points table.
