PSL 2025 is scheduled to start on April 11.

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 is all set to commence on Friday, April 11. PSL 2025, the franchise T20 league of Pakistan, is the tenth edition of the tournament. Many Pakistan players and popular international players participate in the league every year.

PSL tournaments have a huge fan base in Pakistan, as many cricket fans watch the games and support their favourite teams inside and outside the stadium. A total of six teams will play 34 games in the 2025 edition. Last season, Islamabad United won the title by defeating Multan Sultans in the final by two wickets in a nail-biting clash.

The tournament will follow a double round-robin format i.e., each team will face the other team twice ahead of the playoffs. The final will take place on May 18 in Lahore. Below are all the details you need to know about PSL 2025.

PSL 2025: Teams

A total of six teams are part of PSL 2025. They are Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, and Multan Sultans.

PSL 2025: Groups

There are no groups in PSL 2025. All six teams will face each other twice in the league stage. The top four teams at the end of league stage will qualify for the playoffs, while the two bottom-ranked teams will be eliminated.

PSL 2025: Venues

The PSL 10 will be played across four venues – Rawalpindi, Karachi, Multan, and Lahore. The playoffs will be played at Rawalpindi and Lahore. While Rawalpindi will host only Qualifier clash, Lahore will host the Eliminator, Eliminator 2, as well as the final.

PSL 2025: Dates

The tournament will begin on April 11 and conclude on May 18. The league stage will take place from April 11 to May 10, where each team will face the other teams twice. The Qualifier match will take place on May 13.

The Eliminator 1 and Eliminator 2 games are scheduled to be played on May 14 and May 16 respectively. The final will take place on May 18.

PSL 2025: Timings

All the evening games of PSL 2025 will have a start time of 8:30 PM IST / 8:00 PM PKT/ 3:00 PM GMT. However, a few evening games will commence at 7:30 PM IST/ 7:00 PM PKT/ 2:00 PM GMT.

All the afternoon games will have a start time of 2:30 PM IST / 2:00 PM PKT/ 9:00 AM GMT. The toss will take place half an hour ahead of the match.

PSL 2025: Prize Money

The winners of the tournament will get a prize of INR 5.63 crores. The runners-up will get INR 1.73 crores. The third place team will get INR 65 lakhs, while the fourth place team will earn INR 38 lakhs.
