Cricket Australia (CA), on Tuesday, 2nd September, confirmed that Pat Cummins won’t be part of the home white-ball series against India in October-November. He will also miss the T20I series against New Zealand next month after sustaining a lumbar bone stress.
He will undergo rehabilitation and looks forward to being fit ahead of The Ashes 2025-26, where he will lead Australia. The Ashes 2025-26 will commence on November 21 with the opening game in Perth and will witness five games.
Australia’s next campaign is the three-match away T20I series against New Zealand in October. They will later clash with India at home in three ODIs and five T20Is from October to November.
