Top five player battles to watch out for in MI vs RR match No. 14 in IPL 2024

Match No. 14 of the IPL 2024 will host a MI vs RR clash on Sunday at Wankhede Stadium.

The five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) replaced Rohit Sharma with Hardik Pandya as captain ahead of the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. But it looks like the team is still looking to adjust to the change. MI have lost both of their opening games and are sitting at bottom of the points table.

But for them, they will be playing their first home game on Monday. MI will lock horns with Sanju Samson’s Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Wankhede Stadium on April 1. With the trend of the home teams winning most of the matches, it is a great chance for MI to open their account. But it will not be easy to beat the in-form RR.

Another interesting battle will be between Gerald Coetzee and RR skipper Sanju Samson. These two have never crossed paths so far, but both are different characters. 5. Hardik Pandya vs Yuzvendra Chahal

Hardik Pandya will have a big responsibility to take his team to its first win of the IPL 2024 in the MI vs RR clash. The MI captain will look to do well with the bat in hand, but his competition will be against Yuzi Chahal, who has gotten the better of him in the IPL.
