Over 150 players have won the trophy, but there are only three players who have had an IPL trophy hat-trick.

1. Karn Sharma
Karn Sharma, the Indian leg-spinner was the first player who won three IPL trophies on the trot. What is even rarer is that he achieved that feat with three different franchise, namely – Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings, winning the titles in 2016, 2017 and 2018, respectively.
The leggie was crucial to 2013-14 campaigns of SRH where he picked 11 and 15 wickets, respectively but failed to take wickets in five games that he played in 2016. He also had vital contributions in the 2017 MI campaign, picking 13 wickets. In 2018, he bagged four wickets.
2. Suyash Sharma
Another Indian leg-spinner, Suyash Sharma, features in this list. He made his debut for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in 2023. He won a title with KKR in 2024 and twice with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in 2025 and 2026. His career best figures 3/17 came against Punjab Kings in the Qualifier 2025 which guaranteed RCB’s position in the final.
His economical and deceptive bowling adds to the bowling strength of any team that he walks into. He also has record of most economical four-over spell ever by a spinner in IPL history, conceding merely 7 runs off his full quota of overs and even picking a wicket.
3. Phil Salt
The English wicket-keeper batter Phil Salt won trophies with KKR (2024) and RCB in 2025 and 2026. His aggressive top-order scoring found him a spot in the title-winning sides. He contributed significantly in the 2024 season for KKR, slamming 435 runs.
He registered another 400-run season with RCB in 2025 with a crucial knock in the Qualifier 1 against Punjab Kings. His elite powerplay dominance has led to him scoring more than 1200 runs in the 40 matches that he has played at a blazing strike rate of 175.
Both Phil Salt and Suyash Sharma debuted in the same year (2023) with the same team (KKR) and have won all their three titles together.
