It was an exciting doubleheader in the PSL 2026 on Sunday. The first game was played between Quetta Gladiators and Hyderabad Kingsmen. It was a one-sided match, and Gladiators recorded an easy 40-run win. Shamyl Hussain (54 off 41) scored a fifty, and Hasan Nawaz (53 off 40) also looked good.

The Gladiators scored 174/8 in their innings, with Riley Meredith taking three wickets. In reply, the Kingsmen lost both openers in the first 8 balls and never recovered from that position. They only managed 134 and lost their second consecutive match.

The second game was played between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, and it was a low-scoring thriller. Batting first, Lahore Qalandars scored a below-par score of 128/9, where Abdullah Shafique (33 off 24) was the top scorer.

Chasing the score, the Kings also had a tough start, losing two wickets for ten runs. Muhammad Waseem held one end for 38 off 37 balls. After that, there were five small contributions, and the Kings reached 131/6 in 19.3 overs to win the game. This was their second consecutive win of this season.

Karachi Kings have now won consecutive games, and with four points, they are at the top of the table. After a defeat on Sunday, Lahore Qalandars have dropped to the second spot. Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi are third and fourth.
