Two games took place in the Indian Premier League 2026 on Saturday, April 18. In the afternoon match, Delhi Capitals (DC) defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by six wickets.

RCB posted 175/8 in the first innings, thanks to Phil Salt’s half-century. For DC, KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs slammed fifties to bring the team home by six wickets. David Miller also added crucial runs in the last overs.

In the second encounter, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) posted 194/9 in the first innings after being asked to bat first by Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Abhishek Sharma (59) and Heinrich Klaasen (59) hammered half-centuries.

For CSK, the top-order batters could not provide a strong start. None of the batsmen could put up a strong performance, and CSK were short by 10 runs after scoring 184/8.
