Ravichandran Ashwin is in talks with the organisers to participate in ILT20 2026.

Former Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is looking forward to participating in the next season International League T20 (ILT20), which is a franchise T20 tournament of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The right-arm spinner recently announced his retirement from the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Indian cricket.

Ashwin has registered his name in the auction of the ILT20. September 10 is the last date for submission of names for the auction. The league followed a draft system for recruiting players in the previous seasons.

However, organisers have introduced an auction system this year. The auction for the next edition of ILT20 is scheduled to take place on September 30 in Dubai. The tournament is scheduled to be played from December 2, 2025 to January 4, 2026.
