Ravindra Jadeja has been named by Saurashtra in their squad for their next fixture against Madhya Pradesh in Ranji Trophy 2025-26.
Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will be playing for Saurashtra in their next game of the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2025-26, according to reports by Cricbuzz. The Saurashtra domestic team has added Jadeja in their squad for the upcoming fixture against Madhya Pradesh, which will begin on October 25 at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot.
Notably, Jadeja was not picked in Indian Cricket Team’s squad for the ongoing ODI series against Australian Cricket Team Down Under. Citing reason behind his non-selection, India’s chief selector Ajit Agarkar clarified that there was no need for two left-arm spin all-rounders during the short campaign, with Axar Patel being the other one.
The Indian all-rounder showed a wonderful form in the recent test series against the West Indies, capturing Player of the Series award in the two-match campaign. With his magnificent century and four-wicket haul in the first test, he was adjudged Player of the Match.
With him not being part of the Australia tour, Jadeja is understood to have made himself available for Saurashtra in Ranji Trophy 2025-26, which will help him to be match-ready for the test series against South Africa next month.
