The 21-year-old, Riyan Parag has spent five seasons with Rajasthan Royals since 2019.

Prior to Saturday's IPL 2023 match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore, Riyan Parag's social media behavior sparked a huge reaction. He has been having an abysmal IPL 2023 as he has managed only 58 runs in six innings for RR.

Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals both need to win their remaining games to stay alive in the race for playoffs and ahead of the match, Parag’s social media frenzy added some more anticipation to the clash.

RCB is currently in sixth place on the IPL 2023 points table, whereas the Royals are in fourth place.

A supporter's tweet urging the Assam all-rounder to sign with RCB drew a response from Parag.  However, by liking Twitter users' "come to RCB tweet," he may have added more gasoline to the fire.

The 21-year-old's future with Rajasthan Royals was a subject of some debate after he was benched for the team's last several games.  The Assam star liked a tweet from a supporter that said, "Bro... It’s good to see the mutant again. Please visit RCB:)!"

“Ahh Memories"- Riyan Parag reacts to an old photo of him cheering for RCB

Since 2019, the 21-year-old has played for Rajasthan Royals for five seasons. It appears that he may be moving on to join a new team, which may very well be RCB.

In response to a fan's request to join the Royal Challengers Bangalore, Parag recalled his earlier days when he openly supported the Bengaluru-based team. An old photo of Parag supporting RCB was posted by a fan.

Parag came across a tweet from a fan who had shared a photo of a young youngster cheering on RCB and waving a Bengaluru-based team's flag. The middle-order batsman has reacted now, admitting that it was his first IPL game.
