CSK emerged victorious in the recent match at Chepauk. They defeated KKR by 7 wickets. As Dube made his exit, MS Dhoni made his grand entrance onto the pitch. He was welcomed by loud and passionate Chepauk crowd. The crowd erupted in thunderous cheers as soon as MS Dhoni set his foot inside the boundary.
Cameras caught Andre Russell at the boundary, clearly having a hard time ignoring the loud whistles. He was closing his ears with his hands as he was not able to withstand the loud whistles when Dhoni came to bat. Dhoni’s immense popularity and the electric atmosphere he brings were truly remarkable. Just being out there on the field, you can feel the energy he brings. Fans get fired up and even the toughest opponents start to feel a little uneasy.
