The Indian Cricket Team is currently playing against Sri Lanka in the first Test match of the series at the Galle International Stadium, Galle. This series consists of two matches, with the second match scheduled to be played in Colombo.

The Indian side is currently at fifth position in the points table, and they need to win most of their remaining matches to make sure they finish in the top two and qualify for the final.

However, their next two Test series are against New Zealand and Australia, which are going to be even tougher. So, they need to make sure they leave Sri Lanka with two wins in the bag.
