David Miller and Marco Jansen return as South Africa announce squads for white-ball tour of England

South Africa will play three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is against England in September.
On Saturday, August 23, Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced the squads for the upcoming white-ball tour of England. The two teams will be locking horns with each other in three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is next month.
South Africa‘s tour of England 2025 will begin with the ODI series. The first ODI will be played on September 2 at Headingley, Leeds. The second game will take place at the Lord’s in London on September 4, while the final encounter will be played at The Rose Bowl, Southampton, on September 7.
The T20I series will observe the first clash on September 10 at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. The second encounter will be played on September 12 at Old Trafford, Manchester. The tour will conclude with the third T20I on September 14 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
Temba Bavuma will lead South Africa in the ODI series. Kagiso Rabada, who was ruled out of the ODI series against Australia due to an ankle injury, is back in the squad. Moreover, Proteas have also retained Matthew Breetzke, who has shown a wonderful form in four ODIs so far.
Moreover, all-rounder Marco Jansen is back in the T20I squad after missing the Australia tour due to an injury. David Miller and Keshav Maharaj have also returned to the shortest format for the white-ball tour of England.

Meanwhile, the Proteas are currently busy in the ODI series against Australia. They lost the T20I series 2-1 against the hosts. However, the visitors made a wonderful comeback in the ODI series, winning the first two games by 98 runs and 84 runs. The third ODI will be played on August 24.
