South Africa schedule for ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 – Timings, dates, venues and all you need to know

South Africa are placed in Group B of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.
The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from October 3 to October 20. The opening match of the tournament will be played between Bangladesh and Scotland.
Originally, the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 was scheduled to be held in Bangladesh, but due to nationwide protests in the country, which have turned violent, the International Cricket Council (ICC) shifted the tournament to the UAE.
South Africa are slotted in Group B along with England, West Indies, Bangladesh and Scotland. The Proteas women were the runners-up at last year’s Women’s T20 World Cup. They suffered a heartbreaking loss in the final at the hands of Australia.
In the 2024 edition, South Africa will look to put up a strong show once again and go one step further than they did last year.
ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 groups:
