The three-match T20I series on South Africa’s tour of West Indies 2024 will be played at Brian Lara Stadium.

The West Indies are set to host South Africa in the three-match T20I series. The three T20Is between the two nations will be played from August 23 to August 27.

South Africa have named a young-looking squad for the upcoming T20I series against the Caribbean side. Senior cricketers Quinton de Kock, Kagiso Rabada, Keshav Maharaj, Tabraiz Shamsi and David Miller are not part of this series.

The South Africa selectors have given maiden T20I call-ups to youngsters Kwena Maphaka and Jason Smith. Aiden Markram will lead the Proteas line-up for the upcoming T20I series against Men in Maroon.

Meanwhile, host West Indies have named a full-fledged line-up for the upcoming three-match T20I series. Veteran players Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Nicholas Pooran, and Shimron Hetmyer have been included in the squad.

Earlier, South Africa outclassed the West Indies 1-0 in the two-match test series. The host will be looking to take revenge in the three T20Is, whereas visitors will look to end their Caribbean tour on a good note.

Both nations will play a three-match T20I series at the Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, Trinidad. The opening fixture will be played on August 23, followed by the next match on August 24. The final T20I will be played on August 27.
