Indian Cricket Team T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav is celebrating his 35th birthday on Sunday (14th September). The premier batter was at the receiving end of wishes galore as he stepped into another year of his life. 

Suryakumar Yadav has been one of the greatest batters to have played for India in the T20Is. Ever since he made his debut for the side, he has changed the brand of cricket that the team plays and is arguably the leading batter in the format at the moment. 

Suryakumar Yadav is currently the captain of the Indian team, which speaks about his growth as a player. Even after making his debut in his 30s, he is one of the most crucial players for India in the shortest format of the game in the current world.

Suryakumar is currently leading India in the Asia Cup 2025. Under his leadership, the team started their campaign on a high, beating the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by a massive margin of 9 nine wickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

Suryakumar will now be leading India in the game against Pakistan. The match will be played in Dubai on Sunday (14th September), and the Indian T20I skipper on his birthday would be keen to do something special and take his team to a win in their second game of the Asia Cup 2025.

Suryakumar looked in decent touch with the bat in the game against the UAE. The premier batter opened his account with a six on the first ball. He stayed unbeaten in the end as India completed a dominating nine-wicket win in the match.
