T20 World Cup 2026 Semi-Finals: Schedule, result, dates, venues, telecast details & more

The ICC T20 World Cup 2026 knockouts will begin from March 4.
It has been a remarkable three weeks at the T20 World Cup 2026, with no shortage of drama, action and entertainment. From low scoring thrillers to shocking upsets, fans have seen it all. A lot of games in the Super 8 too went down to the final over. The last one between India and West Indies, which was a virtual quarter-final to determine the fourth and final semi-finalist, also got decided in last over.
South Africa, the 2024 finalists, avenged their loss against India with a massive win in Ahmedabad. They ended with three wins and are the only team who are yet to lose a match in the tournament. Without a doubt, they are the favourites to win the tournament.
England, who lost to West Indies in the group stage and survived close matches against Nepal and Scotland, managed to win all their matches in the Super 8 despite seeming to be in losing positions. Will Jacks proved to be their saviour on most instances, and they too look to be formidable opponent.
New Zealand sneaked into the final four after edging past Pakistan with a superior net run rate. Defending champions India aced a record-breaking run chase to avenge their 2016 semi-final loss against West Indies, and make the semis.
